[VHFcontesting] RFC 2-317 Help PSE

Happy New Year,

I have an RFC 2-317 amplifier that has been lying around the shack for a 
few years
due to my inactivity.  Powered it up today and there seems to be a 
problem with the
keying circuit.  I cannot get the amp to key via line nor via RF.  I am 
not
electronically savvy enough to troubleshoot the unit.  Who works on 
these units?
Given the cost of diagnostics and repair, perhaps the best thing to do 
is to trash it,
and purchase something else.

Any and all advice is appreciated.
