There have been lots of good comments here about the status of the VHF rules and how to improve them. These comments will do the most good when forwarded to the Ad Hoc VHF Committee. You can forward constructive comments to < vhf-input at arrl.org >. If you have not submitted your comments, please do so.

I see from the January QST that the date for comments on the proposed new rules adding assistance to VHF contests has been extended to January 15, so if you missed the earlier deadline, you still have time to submit your comments and have them considered by the committee. - Duffey KK6MC
