[VHFcontesting] Logging Rovers in Contests

Anyone operating in Russia with a visitor's license would be using "RA/callsign", not "/R". So, no need to be nervous about that.

You also log "DoubleU" "Three" "Dee" Haych" "Jay"....  :-)
