[VHFcontesting] Rover Definition In ARRL Sept VHF Contest?

This question has come up before. Enter your log in the appropriate
category per the rules. If you don't enter as a Rover, make a note that you
didn't get to another grid square, but you were signing "/R" in the
contest. It's OK.
