[VHFcontesting] modes question, what do we log C4FM or DSTAR as?

This is the reason this is not the proper forum for these discussions.  I didn't express an opinion.  Bart, W9JJ ARRL Contest Branch Manager did and what he said isn't an opinion it is fact.  He is the appointed ARRL person for all things contest related.  Please send all further emails on this topic to him.  Preferably without me being copied.  I don't really care.  I don't do FD myself.
