Hi Bob...

A  cuban group of hams are planning to be active from western Cuba during
ARRL June VHF COntest on 2 meter FM category but don't know what's the
best frecuency to do it. Cuban hams are authorized the segment between
144.0 to 146.0... what's the right frecuency to call DX forward USA?...
