[VHFcontesting] Difference between types of Rover?

Every year I like to participate in the ARRL June VHF QSO Party contest as
a Rover. They've been loving my submissions as Unlimited Rover. Now, I can
see the difference between Limited and Unlimited Rover categories, but why
is there a separate category for Classic Rover? What are the differences?
I've been back and forth through all the applicable rules and I just can't
see much difference.
