[VHFcontesting] Difference between types of Rover?

It appears to me that Classic Rover allows only two operators at most and
can operate on any and all VHF+ bands.

Limited Rover permits only two operators using only the four lowest bands.

Unlimited Rover can use more than two operators and is exempt from these
rules:

"*3.5.3.* Rover vehicles must transport all the equipment, power supplies,
and antennas used at each operating site."
"*3.5.7. *A rover may not make more than 100 QSOs with any other one rover."
