Hi all, Cleaning up the shack and shop. I have a bunch of bits and pieces here


2 - Toshiba SAV-36 linear power amp modules. 50mW in, 80+ watts out. W6PQL has a board available for this.. Modules are brand new. $30 each


2-4GHz 1-2watt amp, made by DEMI for SSB Tech model 2402. This amp has an ATF10136 driving an Fujitsu FLC103. With < 10 milliwatts of drive it will put out almost 2 watts on 2304 and over 1 watt on 3456. This has heatsink and bias supply so it's ready to go, SMA in and out. I actually used this in my first rover station for 2304. $15


2+ watt 2304 amp This uses a Mitsubishi MGF0905 and does 2+ watts with 6-7dB gain. complete with heatsink and bias supply, SMA in/out. $10


"universal GaAS FET bias board". 12-15 volts in, two +9v outputs, one +5v output, three -5v outputs.. Not sure of the current capacity but there's a TO220 3 terminal regulator on there and 2 pass transistors.. "experimenters special" $5


HV Power supply stuff:

I have 4 General Instrument rectifier stacks P.N. HVPR10-08. These are the same units that were sold by K2AW's "silicon alley" back in the day. These were in my 8877 HV supply in a bridge circuit that was working fine when I took it apart and sold the HV transformer.. They are rated .75 amp average fwd current and 8000v  Peak Reverse voltage. Ideal for a 3.5KV 1 amp supply (which is what the supply was!). I have a data sheet. $15 for the set of 4.


also part of the same supply, a General Radio "Variac" model W20H. 240 volt 8 amp. This is really clean with knob and faceplate. $40 is a steal I think.

Antenna relay Tohtsu CX142M 12volt UHF female common, "hard wire coax" for  N/O and N/C.. brand new $10

Aromat RG1ET PC mount RF relay (was output relay on Teletec 144-432 amps) 12v. $10

many Omni-Spectra or equiv mil-spec (i.e. NOT import) SMA male (each end) gold adaptors $2 each
