[VHFcontesting] Field Day, FT 8 and Six Meters

In addition, remember to be on contest mode.  There were quite a few
stations I worked in the contest last weekend who weren't using contest
mode.  I was able to complete QSOs with some, but couldn't with some others
due to the mismatch of modes.
