[VHFcontesting] SG Labs 903 MHz Transverters

We use one of these in the K1SIG rover. They work well and have some nice
features. I believe they are currently out of stock with 8 weeks until
restock, so it's a no go for the June contest but you'd have it for
September.

I'm anxiously awaiting their 9cm device...
