Hi Patrick,

You make good suggestions about a balance between digital and other modes. I
will make it a point to be on legacy modes especially at the top of the
hours to catch you guys for 4 bands in many grids.

We need to play with our toys and have fun!!

Subject: [VHFcontesting] ARRL VHF Sept - KJ2G/R

Hello all,

KJ2G/R traveling the usual, casual rove:

09/14 FN32 afternoon, FN42 evening
09/15 FN31 morning-midday, FN41 afternoon-evening

Please consider listening or CQing via SSB or CW at the top of each hour for
ten or fifteen minutes or so.

I have missed a handful (or two) of regular runs in the past couple of
contests, at least in part due to time consumed by digital on both ends. Not
to mention digital is a bear on the battery..

Hope to hear from you this weekend. Feel free to send me an email if you'd
like to exchange contact info for a sched.

73- Patrick, KJ2G
