[VHFcontesting] Refresher questions re MSK144 on 6M

Hi:

I haven't run MSK144 in a while (I basically only run it during contests these days.)  Have there been any changes in customary practices since January ?

Is 50.260 is still the 6M MSK144 calling frequency ?  Is there much action on other frequencies (I noticed when I powered up my 50Mhz roving radio it was set to 50.263, it has sat in its transit case since January.)
