[VHFcontesting] NOT QRV Sept VHF

[N1BUG]

I thought I would have plenty of time between the Perseids and September 
VHF to get the antennas down, repaired/modified and back in the air. 
Clearly I was wrong! Weather and other factors have kept me from working 
too many days during this period. I have repaired and modified long 
yagis for the lower four ready to go up but there is no way I am going 
to be able to do that in time to salvage any of this contest. Everything 
seems to be a battle this year. I hope to be back on the bands soon.
