I know Maine gets a lot of its electricity from wind power but ... 
$0.0249 / KWH ???

The hams in Maine must be talking up a storm to get the electric rates 
down to $0.0249 / KWH!!!

On a serious note, take your monthly electric bill and divide by the 
KWH's used.

My average rate is $0.30 per KWH here in eastern MA.  Where are you 
getting electricity so cheap?
