Directive Systems has 50 insulators for $20.00 and 50 stainless keepers for $30.00. Be careful that you get stainless if ordering from a nut and bolt supplier.   Mike

I looked for these for someone recently - but I did not try to order any. 

M2 and Directive Systems would be the places I would try. 

And you can also likely find them and places like McMaster Carr - I know they sell the retaining hardware because I looked for someone Recently.
