Yep, last evening's condx were pretty awful to the NE from here.  However,
K9MRI to the West and N1GC to the Southwest were about normal or even
better.

When I first tried to copy K1WHS off the moon, the Q65 program decoded a
direct tropo signal from him off the back of his antenna as the moon was in
the same direction as when I work Dave via terrestrial modes.

Anyway, Dave was a pretty solid -20 while the moon was in my antenna
pattern.  So much for reciprocity tonight since there were many
"half-qso's".  I definitely need more tx power, but then I'd smoke my
antenna mounted preamp.  WA3EOQ
