[WriteLog] CT keys

Ok, I see where to change the .ini file to allow CT compatable accel keys
and I did that. When I call up the window to program the cw messages for
each F key I even see the "F1 in CT mode" prompt. But, I don't see where to
program a CQ message into the F1 key. What am I missing here?
