[WriteLog] Bug in Writelog CTY ??

Hi Wil:
Writelog does not use the WL_CTY.DAT file. There should be a file in your
writelog folder named "convert CTY to Writelog" . When you run the program
it makes 6 new .DAT files that are used with Writelog. Make sure that
WL_CTY.DAT file is in your Programs directory when you run conversion
program.
