[WriteLog] Error Installing 10.18 Upgrade

I am trying to install the 10.18 upgrade on my PC's with version 10.11 on 
them.  The upgrade installed without problem on my Win NT 4.0 without a 
problem. 

Both of my WIn 98 PC's start the installshield and then I get a severe 
error message saying that V10 is not installed on the PC.  V10.11 is 
installed and will run.  

Any help would be appreciated.
