[WriteLog] v10.14e - the REAL bug

I think there's a bigger bug in 10.14e that nobody has mentioned... I 
upgraded just before the test started, and it seems to have completely 
destroyed band conditions ever since - it's all I can do to buy a QSO!!! 
Wayne & Ron - whatever you did to this last release, undo it quick! ;-)

Makes you wonder why we bother with this silly contesting stuff when condx 
are this rough... At least my P5-166 has enough umph to call CQ for me 
while I surf the net...
