[WriteLog] v10.14e - the REAL bug

I agree with Marty. Bands were very good all week and I upgraded, tested and
fell asleep from loneliness. 15 and 10 are horrible. 20 and 40 just a bit
better. Nothing is making it past the coasts.

Fix it!
