[WriteLog] Packet enhancement request

If any one says they NEVER did this ...   they never worked the 40 meter
phone during a DX contest  ....
You can get easily caught when some one spots an EU who is working his own
frequency... not split ...
and this happened a few times last weekend ....   these should not be
spotted ... but they still are ...
