[WriteLog] date format and other problems

Ditto and Ditto!

Never used a logging software until this past CQWW SSB Test.  I had picked
up WriteLog about a month earlier.  Read most of the manual that was
available for download.  Tested it a couple of times and got a few hints
from WA9ALS and this reflector.

Had a great time and found it to be fantastic.

Okay, okay so its the only one I have really given a try.  I don't see a
good reason to look any further though.
