[WriteLog] Bandmap windows

Attention M/M and M/S stations:

If you have a 'station monitor' computer where people can see how the whole
contest is doing without bothering the operators, multiple band maps is a
really cool feature.

I'm continually amazed at how people think of uses for software that I am
sure were never originally intended in the design...
