[WriteLog] NA Spring Configuration

The current module for the Spring doesn't include RTTY; just phone & CW.
When I select FSK in the Band/Mode dialog box, the log entry has the red 'B'
indicating an out-of-band contact, i.e. the module doesn't recognize FSK as
an authorized mode for the contest.  I tried the 'LSB is really FSK'
selection but that doesn't permit the macros to work.  Has anyone developed
a 'work-around'?
