[WriteLog] Any update to rtty.dta???

During the JARTS Rtty contest is became apparent that the rtty.dta file
that I have is getting outdated.  This file is used for the "Check
Partials" Window.

The file that I have is dated 11/6/98.  I wonder if there is a newer
version? or if there is any other file that would work?
