[WriteLog] CAT with IC-746

Hello...

I bought the WriteLog software yesterday and I will use it during the CQ WW
SSB tomorrow.
I tried several features of the software and all works great but CAT
Control.
I use an P3 with 600 Mhz and 128 MB Ram, but the CAT Frequenc display is
very slow. No chance to work with the bandmap during searching around with
the Transceiver.
When I use other software (for example my standard log software Swisslog or
other Win95/98 applications) the CAT works very fast (near realtime).

Perhaps anyone can tell me if it is a setup or software problem.
