[WriteLog] CAT with IC-746

I had same problem with TS950SDX, when I used W9XT as voice keyer.
Frequency update was every 5 ~ 15 seconds.   When I switched band and made
new QSO, it was logged in as wrong band in so many occasions.   Are you
using similar setup ?

Now I am just using W9XT as CW keying interface.   Voice keyer is by PC
sound card.   Frequency update works less than 1 second.
