[WriteLog] New user - RTTY question

[Floyd Sense]

Just received Writelog and have it up and running, exploring all the
features.  One odd thing I noticed is that when in RTTY mode, the timing of
the "diddles" being sent is erratic.   Anyone else notice that?  I'm running
on a 233 MHz AMD K6 processor with Windows 98.  I suspect the cause lies
within my system.
