[WriteLog] Missing DLL MSVCP50.dll

Hi guys, I'm rebuilding my hard drive and misplaced the email where someone
advised how to get the missing DLL back where it is supposed to be when this
happened with the release of 10.18.  When it happened a while back I got it
going but with the new computer system I need some help.
