[WriteLog] Upgrade problems

I just went through having to reformat my C: drive partition. The Writelog 
files were all on another partition so all I really lost were the .ini 
files. Can anyone tell me how far I have to go back and re-install to get 
these files back? Just trying to re-install 10.26 doesn't seem to be the 
answer.
