Since I have neither the time or the equipment to do this - would =
someone like to do a comparison of the PactorIIPro with the DXP38 and =
soundcard? ARRL testing said it the PTCII (now discontinued and replaced =
by the PRO version) was better than the Hal box as I remember.=20

I would be happy to loan one to someone for a week along with the audio =
cables for either a Icom 8 pin or 13 pin din jack connection, or a Yaesu =
FT1000 type 6 pin din. I could also include the less expensive PTCIIe - =
performance SHOULD be the same, but I have my suspicions about better =
DSP performance in the new IIpro.

I also have a HAL DSP4100 available for sale,  that was converted from =
PinOak digital maritime service, if anybody is interested. No documents =
- just the box. Make offer before I list it on e-bay this Thursday =
afternoon.
