[WriteLog] Rx QTCs in WAE

Having just operated the CW event from Eu, I noted the following 
which imo could be improved;

1. On entering the receive QTC form, the focus needs to be 
automatically in the QTC number text box.Having to enter Alt R,G 
to accomplish this is cumbersome.

2. More importantly having the hot keys for QSL and Abandon 
adjacent i.e. Alt A, Alt S is a recipe for disaster which struck 
me. My fat fingers hit both keys simultaneously and I lost a 
complete block of 10 QTCs. This probably also implies that the 
sender will also get a "NIL" for this. Having to execute a 
double keystroke for QSL when you are receiving QTCs at 35 wpm, 
is also an impediment; could this not be programmable, or at 
least available as an alternative i.e. use the backslash 
character which would  be much more ergonomic.
