[WriteLog] ARRL 10-Meter Summary

I had the same problem.  I've, also, checked and rechecked.  This happened
to me during the CQWW, 160-meter and now the 10-meter contest.  I could
not find any explanation.  Chocked it up to "cockpit error"!
