[WriteLog] WriteLog Update 10.24G

At present writelog.com can't be updated for the next few days due 
to the system crash that had everything down this week. Version 10.24 
is available from an alternate site. Anyone who is currently running 
10.23 should immediately update in order get QSO journaling turned on 
from the time you do a File Open.

Other features new in 10.24:

Cabrillo file for BARTG RTTY Sprint
No more duplicate serial numbers (except when running networking)
ARRL Roundup Cabrillo generation makes sure you fill in your QTH.
RITTY as a RTTY modem (Windows 95/98 only)
Support for Russian Dx Contest
Support Kachina DSP 505 running Kachina software version 3.24 or later.
