[WriteLog] Cabrillo

Hi folks,

I just tried generating the Cabrillo file for the BARTG contest but the
option is not available (the word Cabrillo is there but is not
selectable).  What am I missing?  I'm using version 10.19F and it
generated the Cabrillo file just fine in the Roundup.
