[WriteLog] Rotator - How to turn?

[N1HKO - Bill Fleming]

Ok. I give up... I'm trying to test support of my RC2800. I've found 
all kinds of information about ports and INI settings and nothing 
about how to actually get WL to turn the rotator. Maybe it's just too 
much time in the shack this weekend? But, I can't figure this 
out...What am I missing?
