[WriteLog] Stuttering 1023F

Just upgraded to 1023F from 1022B.

I've posted several times over the last few months about WL "stuttering"
in AFSK RTTY mode.  However, I've never had any trouble with FSK via a
com port, and this is how I usually run.

However, just now getting 1023F, I NOW HAVE STUTTERING IN FSK.  If I
just hit ALT-K to get idling, it's very irregular, similar to the
stuttering I've had with AFSK.  Any ideas?  I don't like it.  Can I
"back up" a version by simply unzipping my v1022B upgrade zip file and
running Setup again, or is it more complicated than that?  Tnx
