[WriteLog] v1023F server busy

I have had this trouble with 10.22B and got some pointers on the reflector 
here. Of course I can't remember them no & had the same trouble with 10.22B 
this last weekend. Had to reboot once. And I was only on for a few hours 
during the BARTG sprint
