[WL-USERS] VOLTA Contest----(Sent to Archives)------------------

For the upcoming VOLTA Test,  I am planning on using the ANARTS Contest
Module in WL.  It has the Exchange Points Table for point detrimination and
most of the mult requirements.  Slight adjustment will need to be made for
the VOLTA allowable mult for ZL1-4 districts.  Also, the bonus points for
each VK district/band awarded in the ANARTS module, will need to be
deducted.  Anybody got any other ideas??  If any interest,  will put log
generation tips and kinks for the VOLTA Contest on this reflector.
