[WriteLog] IOTA entry field

Hi Scot and Les

It appears that only limited validation is made on the IOTA 
field. It seemingly accepts any number from 001 to 999 after the 
EU etc.

It's disappointing that the required information regarding 
namedmul.ini resides with only one person. Surely there is a 
comprehensive manual somewhere? Ron wot sa?
