[WriteLog] Country designation help needed.

Barry, don't worry about the fact that ZL75 was in ZL1.  I beleive that for
the Oceania contest scoring is driven by prefix.  The actual location does
not matter, so even though I was (yes it was me) operating from ZL1 you
still claim it as ZL7 multiplier.  So  Writelog is correct.
It is still an interesting question you pose, another logging program I use
here for general logging you can create an exception for this sort of
thing.  Perhaps if it is nessasary it would be available under the edit
tool, but as it is not needed for the Oceania contest it is not available.

Well, I have tranferred my hand written log for the Oceania Contest to
Writelog (with help from my friends).
Looks really neat.
One glitch: ZL75 is a special event station in New Zealand, but WL reads it
as ZL7 Chatham Is.
How can this newbie fix it?
