[WriteLog] NA RTTY Sprint Logging

Don't worry Wayne will rescore and include all allowed dupes.  There is no
module for Writelog that gives you a 100% accurate score.  But all that
counts is a clean log for Wayne.  You can always figure your own score
manually if you want.
