[WriteLog] DXTELNET and DUPER

Is anyone else using DUPER with DXTELNET top send spots to both DXHUNTER 
and WRITELOG at the same time.
I have been working with the author but he cannot get me going. It works 
for him but I have tried on 2 different systems with both WIN98 and WIN2000 
and it will simply not work for me.

My setup:
My setup:

C:\dxtelnet\duper\duper.exe
C:\dxhunter\menu.exe
             also all of the other dxhunter files
C:\dxtelnet\dxtelnet.exe
C:\dxtelnet\dxt2wl\dxt2wl.exe

LINKS in DXTELNET
c:\dxtelnet\duper

When set this way it should create a spots.txt in all 3 directories

C:\dxtelnet\duper\
C:\dxhunter\
C:\dxtelnet\dxt2wl\

and so WriteLog via dxt2wl and dxhunter should both get the spots. I get 
the spots.txt in only the duper
C:\dxtelnet\duper\
directory.

If I try only a single link such as to dxhunter or to WriteLog and set that 
link in dxtelent then it works fine, for that one link.

This is driving me crazy. Neither I nor the author can see what is wrong here.
Is anyone else working or is anyone else having this same problem.
