[WriteLog] Fix for Bandmap Not Tracking

Oooooooooops! In the Setup/Ports, I did not have the automatic tracking =
selected on my radio port. Once selected, the band map follows the VFO.

I guess this goes under the following categories:

1. DUH!
2. Another senior moment.
3. All of the above.

I hope this is something that has not come up over and over. It is a bit =
of a drudge to go back through many months of archives to see if any one =
else bitched about something.

I have been working the JARTS contest and notice the bandmap is not =
tracking the VFO movements. I am pretty sure it tracked before in =
earlier contests. I don't think this is contest oriented.=20

I am in search and pounce mode. The bandmap stays on whatever freq I =
type in to change bands.

Any suggestions would be welcome. Flames don't burn me.
