Well, just a comment or two on this discussion. I have just gotten my
DSL up and running and the difference between IE and Netscape 6.1 is
astounding. IE is about 3 times faster, coming in at just under 1.2
million while the fastest Netscape can do is around 450,000.

This done using a web site which tests speeds.

I've always used Netscape and been very pleased with it, but now, will
use it only as my mail server.
