[WriteLog] QTC Sending

After the contest, and after you have prepared your QSO log and QTC Log by
saving them in ASCII (.txt) format,   but BEFORE you submit your email
submission (I assume you're submitting by email) ; access your QTC log via
Windows Explorer, edit the QTC log (and QSO log if required)  making
whatever changes you need, using Windows Wordpad, and then submit your LOG,
SUM and QTC files as an attachment to your submission email.
