[WriteLog] ARRL 10m Test Time question...

Very good point, Les, in fact, if your last QSO is entered at 2400 hrs it
will be rejected by the log checking software at ARRL. At least mine was in
Sweepstakes, I had to correct the last QSO to 2359 and re-submit and it was
happy.
