[WriteLog] Callsign entry hold open

Would anyone know how to get the red box to appear around the callsign entry
part of the QSO entry window on CW, as it does on RTTY?  This is a really
useful feature, in that it lets you add to the back of the callsign as the
front is being transmitted with a %C.  I believe this used to work on CW at
some point, but seems to have stopped at one version or another?
